|Description:||Performance is a private orthopedic/sports practice is looking for a full time Exercise Physiologist to join our expanding team. Position will assist physical therapist in providing treatment with the Physical Therapy Department. Candidate must have good orthopedic background with experience working with post-operative cases, sports related injuries, overuse syndromes, and general back and neck conditions. |

A Performance Exercise Physiologist places an emphasis on quality and attentive client/patient care.

|Duties:||Candidate must have exercise physiology experience in post-operative cases, sports related injuries, overuse syndromes, and general back and neck conditions. Position will at times will be crossed-utilized as a Liaison assisting DPT's during PT treatment. |
Works closely with PT's and team to implement exercise prescriptions. Responsible for client education.
Recognizes and seeks learning opportunities relevant to advancing personal and professional competency.
Attends in-service meetings. Serves as a role model in wellness to clients & patients.
Participates in the implementation of quality control, and process improvement.
Responds with professional skills in all situations.
Participates in the implementation of the individualized treatment plan with specific focus on exercise prescription and client programs.
Responsible for education and documentation of care.

Must be willing to work some Saturdays.

Utilizes training equipment safely and efficiently.

Reports for event coverage and meetings at designated time.
Required to be flexible with accepting temporary duty assignments.
Accepts policies and their modifications without complaints.
Assuring the equipment is disinfected, organized & operational.
|Qualifications:||As a health allied professional, the Exercise Physiologist must have a current professional certification offered by a recognized organization.|
Must be a caring Customer service talent.
* Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or Exercise Science
* ACLS preferred, ACSM Certification, and/or Exercise Specialist
* Recent and relevant experiences in orthopedic field
